Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the Government budget for partial compensation of cost of agricultural machinery and the equipment of the national production approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2017 No. 130 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 24, Art. 671; 2024, No. 28, Art. 1802; 2026, No. 33, the Art. 2265), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for use of means, costs of agricultural machinery and the equipment of national production provided in the Government budget for partial compensation

1. Item 11 is added with the following content:

"The cost of the machinery and equipment according to prisoners between the producer of such machinery and equipment and agricultural producer of agreements which is subject to partial compensation, can differ from the estimated price specified in the list within 15 percent of cost of the machinery and equipment in case of increase or reduction of current expenses by the producer by acquisition of nodes, aggregates, components, raw materials, materials, energy resources, expenses on compensation for the production of the machinery and equipment, content and operation of the equipment, administrative expenses, distribution costs specified the machinery and equipment.".
