Some questions of protection of interests of owners of the parcels of land and application of ministerial procedure in the field of land relations

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Determine that for action of legal regime of warlike situation materials of the State fund of documentation on land management and estimates of lands are provided requesting without data on coordinates of rotary points of borders of subjects of the State land registry and will not be promulgated in electronic form on the official website of Public service concerning geodesy, cartography and the inventory.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 4, 2004 No. 266 "About approval of the Standard agreement about project development of land management on withdrawal of the parcel of land" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 10, the Art. 596).
