- the paragraph one of item 4 to state in the following edition:
"4. The guarantee is provided for providing obligations completely or in the part which is not becoming covered by mortgage providing according to the credit agreement, the agreement of finance lease (leasing), the bank guarantee or the agreement (agreement) of the contract.";
