6. The procedure, method and terms of disclosure of information on conditions (change of conditions) of rendering services, including information on conditions (change of conditions) of implementation of money transfers with use of service of bystry payments of payment system of the Bank of Russia, and also about conditions (change of conditions) of provision, use and acceptance of electronic instruments of payment, except for the electronic instruments of payment used for transfer of electronic money, the credit institutions having the right to implementation of money transfer, and also structure of disclosed information is established by standards of activities of credit institutions, the stipulated in Article 24.1 Federal Laws "About Banks and Banking Activity".".
