The manufacturer shall provide possibility of use of goods during its service life. For this purpose the manufacturer provides repair and maintenance of goods, release and delivery to the organizations performing trading activity, activities for repair and maintenance of goods and individual entrepreneurs in amount and the range of spare parts, necessary for repair and maintenance, and also provision according to the procedure, terms and structure which are established by the Government of the Russian Federation necessary for such organizations and individual entrepreneurs for maintenance and repair of goods of information (technical documentation) and if there are changes in this information (technical documentation), - information (technical documentation) containing these changes during the term of production of goods and after its removal from production during goods service life, and in the absence of such term within ten years from the date of transfer of goods to the consumer.".

This Federal Law becomes effective since March 1, 2027.
