1) in Article 21:

a) to state Item 5 of part 2 in the following edition:

"5) with use of the advertizing structures mounted and located on external walls, roofs and other structural elements of buildings, structures, constructions or out of them, except as specified, provided by part 10 of this Article;";

b) add part 2.1 with the offer of the following content: "Advertizing of wine-making farms, vinogrado-wine-making zones, vinogrado-wine-making areas, the vinogrado-wine-making terruar located in the territory of the Russian Federation is allowed with observance of the requirements provided by parts 10 and 11 of this Article.";

c) to add part 9 after the word "Provisions" with words "parts 1 - 5 and 8";

d) add with parts 10 and 11 of the following content:

"10.
