1. In case of vaccine-challenged complications citizens have the right to the public lump-sum allowances, monthly monetary compensations, temporary disability benefits.

2. Provision to citizens of the public lump-sum allowances and (or) monthly monetary compensations provided by articles 19 and 20 of this Federal Law is performed by Fund of pension and social insurance of the Russian Federation according to the procedure, determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.

Provision to the citizen of the public lump-sum allowance, stipulated in Item 1 article 19 of this Federal Law, and (or) monthly monetary compensation, stipulated in Article the 20th this Federal Law, is performed in procedure without application based on the data containing in the state information system "Single Centralized Digital Platform in the Social Sphere" and also data on emergence of the vaccine-challenged complications which arrived from the medical organization by means of single state information system in the field of health care with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction.
