About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On regulation of land legal relations"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On regulation of land legal relations" (the newspaper of "Erkin-limited liability partnership" of April 5, 2022 No. 32) the following changes:

1) in Article 2:

a) in Item 3:

- to recognize subitems of "b"-"g" invalid;

- add with the subitem "e" of the following content:

"e) the groups of sites which are part with the chaotic building formed till December 1, 2021 with the individual apartment houses, including objects of construction in progress which are on them, and also the parcels of land on which there are no structures, according to petitions from citizens which were submitted till July 1, 2025 inclusive;";

b) declare Item 6 invalid;

c) add with Item 7 of the following content:

"7) the parcels of land which are part of group of sites with chaotic building - set of the parcels of land on which till December 1, 2021 individual apartment houses are built (including objects of construction in progress) and also the parcels of land on which there are no structures requiring determination of single external borders, being adjacent with each other and (or) territorially connected.";

To add 2) with Article 5-1 of the following content:

"Article 5-1. State commission on consideration of questions of legalization of the parcels of land

1. The decision of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic creates State commission on consideration of questions of legalization of the parcels of land (further - State commission).

2. State commission considers questions of legalization of the parcels of land which are part of group of sites with the chaotic building formed till December 1, 2021 on which there are no structures, and also questions of seizure of land in state-owned property according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
