1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for the organization of public procurements of the goods, works and services connected with protection of the state secrets" of November 18, 2022 No. 641 the following change:

in Item 2 after words to "The State Tax Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" to add with words to "The State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, Service of the state protection in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of the state bodies, local government bodies and organizations given authority on reference of data to the state secrets and the List of the major data constituting the state secrets of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 26, 2024 No. 206 the following changes:

1) in the List of the state bodies, local government bodies and organizations given authority on reference of data to the state secrets, approved by the above-stated resolution:
