About change of the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2025 No. 35

Based on paragraphs of the sixth, thirteenth, twentieth 14, of Item 2 of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2002 No. 133-Z "About state registration of real estate, the rights to it and transactions with it" the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: Articles

1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of May 15, 2025 No. 35 "About state registration of real estate" the following changes:

in preamble of the word "twelfth, thirteenth and eighteenth" shall be replaced with words "thirteenth, fifteenth and twentieth";

add Item 1 with paragraphs of the following content:

"cancellation notices of entry in the registration book according to appendix 7;

notifications on state registration of transition of the rights to the parcel of land, capital structure (the building, construction), the isolated room, the parking place located in gardening partnership, country cooperative, garage cooperative, the cooperative performing operation of parkings according to appendix 8;

notifications on state registration of origin, transition of the rights, restrictions (encumbrances) of the rights to the parcel of land, capital structure (the building, construction), the isolated room, the parking place located in the safety area with particular legal regime in the territory adjacent to the republican unitary enterprise "Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant" according to appendix 9;
