About questions of temporary regulation of procedure for appointment to separate managerial state positions in bodies of judicial system of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of providing the normative legal basis for operational matching of qualified personnel, increase in efficiency of forming of personnel structure of the office of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic and offices of local courts of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to article 31-1 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic", article 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic I decide:

1. Enter from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2027 the aprobatsionny mode of appointment to separate managerial state positions in bodies of judicial system of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. For action of the aprobatsionny mode:

To enter 1) in the office of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic of position "the head of department of information technology management" and "the senior assistant of department of information technology management";

2) to establish special (out-of-competition) procedure for appointment for separate categories of the government civil servants of the office of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic and offices of local courts of the Kyrgyz Republic;

3) to approve the List of positions for which the special (out-of-competition) procedure for appointment to the period of the aprobatsionny mode, according to appendix is established.

3. To the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) till March 1, 2027 to perform monitoring of realization of the aprobatsionny mode;

2) till April 1, 2027 to submit in Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic the closing statement and the complex analysis of results of the aprobatsionny mode with offers on feasibility of introduction of amendments to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of public service;

3) to take other measures following from this Decree.
