Some questions of construction of the National memorial complex of Heroes of Heavenly Hundred Museum Revolution of Advantage

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for public financing of capital construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764 "About approval of the Procedure for public financing of capital construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 52, Art. 2374; 2018, No. 96, the Art. 3179), changes which are applied.

2. To the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Finance, the Public treasurer service and the Ukrainian institute of national memory to resolve issue on reduction of overdue receivables of the Museum of the Revolution of Advantage which arose on advance payment for purchase of the designs, the equipment and materials necessary for performance of works which were not part of the performed construction works and are not included in acceptance acts of the performed construction works, on the amount determined in appendix to the Procedure for public financing of the capital construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2001 No. 1764, taking into account the changes approved by this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Culture to inform the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on task performance, this resolution determined by Item 2.
