About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 11, 2026 No. 249

1. Bring in Changes in form of the Tax declaration on the income tax of the companies approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 20, 2015 No. 897, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 11, 2015 at No. 1415/27860 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 20, 2023 No. 101) approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 11, 2026 No. 249, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 27, 2026 at No. 760/46154, the following changes:

in Item 1:

in subitem 3 of the word "DB", "EP" shall be replaced with words

respectively;

in the paragraph the second subitem 4 dividing sign ";" to replace with dividing sign ".";

in explanatory text of appendix EP to this form of the Tax declaration of the word "L. S. (for" shall be replaced with words "M. P. (for".

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.
