Bring in the Federal constitutional Law of October 4, 2022 No. 5-FKZ "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Donetsk People's Republic and education as a part of the Russian Federation of the new subject - the Donetsk People's Republic" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 41, Art. 6930; 2023, No. 18, Art. 3212; 2025, No. 48, Art. 7235; No. 51, Art. 7969; No. 52, Art. 8273) following changes:

Article 6 to add 1) with part 6 of the following content:

2) in Article 12:

a) regarding 2 words "till July 1, 2026" shall be replaced with words "till January 1, 2027";

b) to state Item 5 of part 4 in the following edition:

"5) documents in the field of adoption (adoption) of children - it is termless, documents in the field of guardianship and (or) guardianship - within one year from the date of accounting of information about the ward by guardianship and custody body;";

3) in Article 31:

a) in part 13 of the word "part 13.1" shall be replaced with words "parts 13.1 and 13.2";
