2) in Item 1 of Article 1350:

a) the paragraph one after the words "or animals" to add with words ", proteinaceous or genetic design";

b) add with the new paragraph the second the following content:

"As the invention it is protected including technical solution which is implemented by means of the device (system of devices) capable to perform the automated information processing on the basis of algorithms, or the technical solution relating to the method performed by means of such device (system of devices).";

c) consider paragraph two the paragraph third;
