About introduction of amendments to articles 4 and 59 of the Federal law "About the General Principles of the Organization of the Public Power in Subjects of the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 21, 2021 No. 414-FZ "About the general principles of the organization of the public power in subjects of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 52, Art. 8973; 2022, No. 12, Art. 1787; 2026, No. 22, Art. 2759) following changes:

1) part 4 of article 4 after words "state regulation of rates," to add with the word of "transport";

2) Article 59 to add with part 5.1 following of content:

"5.1. The provision of part 4 of article 4 of this Federal Law on participation of federal executive bodies in forming of executive bodies of the subject of the Russian Federation does not extend to participation in forming of executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation - the federal city performing powers in the field of transport.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since March 1, 2027.
