carbamide in the amount of 100 percent from customs value, but at least 100 US dollars for 1 ton.

2. The customs duty, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, is not applied to the cement imported under the contracts signed according to the acts of the President of Turkmenistan issued before enforcement of this resolution.

3. Prohibit submission to the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan and to the President of Turkmenistan of drafts of the acts of the President of Turkmenistan providing privileges on customs duties.

4. The privileges on customs duties provided by the acts of the President of Turkmenistan which became effective before enforcement of this resolution keep the force.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Vice-chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on economic problems Myratgulyev A.
