About declaration as socially useful works of national value of works on strengthening of the building of the Prosecutor General's Office

Based on Item o) parts (1), parts (3) Article 5 and Item a) parts (1) article 6 of the Law on expropriation for the socially useful purposes No. 488/1999

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. 1. - Proclaim socially useful works of national value of work on strengthening of the building of the Prosecutor General's Office, at the address: мун. Chisinau, Prospekt Shtefan chel Mare ши Sfynt, 73.

Art. 2. - The objects of expropriation necessary for performance of works on strengthening of the building of the Prosecutor General's Office, are:

a) the isolated non-residential premises which are in private property all in the building, at the address: мун. Chisinau, Prospekt Shtefan chel Mare ши Sfynt, 73;

b) the corporeal rights, and also other property rights to the rooms specified in Item and).

Art. 3. - To the government on behalf of the state to take the measures necessary for the expropriation of property and the rights connected with the objects of expropriation specified in Article 2.

Art. 4. - To the government by means of the Agency of public property to make by the financial means allocated from the government budget, payment of compensation for expropriation of property and the rights connected with stipulated in Article 2 objects of expropriation, and also the accompanying expenses.

Art. 5. - This law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

Art. 6. - From the date of entry into force of this law to establish prohibition on alienation or encumbrance of the non-residential premises, and also corporeal and other property rights which are subject to expropriation according to Article 2 on them, except for transfers of the corresponding objects to property or use to the state.
