About measures for strengthening of military discipline and law and order in Armed Forces of Turkmenistan
For the purpose of strengthening of military discipline and law and order in connections and parts of Armed Forces of Turkmenistan, ensuring safety of arms and military equipment, maintenance at the high level of combat readiness in military units I decide:
1. To provide to heads of law-enforcement and military bodies of Turkmenistan in the subordinate ministries, departments, military units and divisions strict observance and execution of requirements of the laws of Turkmenistan and charters of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan directed to strengthening of law and order and military discipline, ensuring safety of arms and military equipment.
2. To the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan and the State Border Service of Turkmenistan to create records departments, the analysis and prevention of the crimes committed in Armed Forces of Turkmenistan and to approve regulations on them.
3. To law enforcement agencies of Turkmenistan together with the Ministry of Defence of Turkmenistan and the State Border Service of Turkmenistan to strengthen the organization of work in troops on strengthening of military discipline and law and order, and also to develop specific measures for prevention of crimes among staff and to monthly represent data on the done work to Department of the analysis of activities of law-enforcement and military bodies of the Office of the President of Turkmenistan.
4. To department of the analysis of activities of law-enforcement and military bodies of the Office of the President of Turkmenistan to submit to the President of Turkmenistan the report on respect for military discipline and law and order in Armed Forces of Turkmenistan and to make suggestions for improvement of work of law-enforcement and military bodies of Turkmenistan on strengthening of military discipline and law and order.
