1. Prohibit import to the territory of Turkmenistan of vehicles with the left-side steering re-equiped from right-hand, except the vehicles following en route through the territory of Turkmenistan.

3. Determine that the import ban on the territory of Turkmenistan of vehicles with the left-side steering re-equiped from right-hand does not extend to the vehicles acquired before entry into force of this resolution.
