Item 3 Corrected markings of separate types of the sweets and confectionery packed into consumer packaging, means of identification, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 31, 2025 No. 818 "About approval of Rules of marking of separate types of the sweets and confectionery packed into consumer packaging, means of identification and the features of implementation of the state information system of monitoring of turnover of goods which are subject to obligatory marking by means of identification concerning separate types of the sweets and confectionery packed into consumer packaging" (Russian Federation Code, 2025, No. 22, Art. 2926), to add with the subitem "m" of the following content:

"l) on the caramel relating to code of the commodity nomenclature 1704 and code of the qualifier 10.82.23.129, weighing up to 30 grams inclusive, spherical shape, fixed on stick holder and packed by twisting of packaging material directly on product, at the same time secondary consumer package (in case of its availability) is subject to marking if the primary package is not marked.".
