1. To the Ministry of Construction and Building Materials Industry of Turkmenistan:

provide development of the national estimate regulatory base in construction;

in a month to develop and in accordance with the established procedure to approve the Program of forming of the national estimate regulatory base in construction;

in case of development of the national estimate regulatory base in construction to provide compliance of element estimate norms to working conditions and productions in Turkmenistan, improvement of quality and reliability of buildings and constructions taking into account application in drafts of progressive decisions and technologies;

together with the Main public service "Turkmen-standartlary" to develop and in accordance with the established procedure to approve the standard rate determining classification, structure, procedure for development, approval and approval of the national estimate regulatory base in construction.

2. Form as a part of the Ministry of Construction and Building Materials Industry of Turkmenistan Public administration of methodology, pricing and estimate regulation (Management of pricing hereinafter is referred to as further) based on Data processing center of the Ministry and Management of methodology, estimate norms and pricing of central office of the Ministry.
