Based on paragraph two of Item 2 and Item 3 of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of April 7, 2026 No. 46 "About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning spark plugs spark, coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Distribute in 2026-2031 annual amount of import without payment of anti-dumping duty of spark plugs spark, classified by codes 8511 10 000 1 and 8511 10 000 9 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively - spark plugs, the CN FEA EEU), imported on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption (further - import), coming from People's Republic of China, between participants of foreign trade activity as follows:

at least 1500 pieces a year - for the companies (associations) and the organizations which are part of the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry;

at least 120 000 pieces a year - for the economic societies performing production of cars, the share (share in authorized funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and Industry ministries are transferred to the control;

the remained amount - based on statements of participants of foreign trade activity according to the procedure of priority of receipt of such statements in the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade (further - MARCH):

no more than 10 000 pieces one-time by one 10-unit code of the CN FEA EEU - for the participants of foreign trade activity who performed import of spark plugs in number of at least 1000 pieces within three years preceding year on which the quota, in total is distributed;

no more than 1000 pieces within calendar year by one 10-unit code of the CN FEA EEU - for the participants of foreign trade activity who performed import less than 1000 pieces of spark plugs within three years preceding year on which the quota, in total is distributed;
