I ORDER:

1. Recognize invalid:

the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of December 31, 2015 No. 2075 "About approval of the Regulations on competitive selection of subjects of estimative activities", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 15, 2016 at No. 60/28190;

the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of December 23, 2019 "About approval of the Procedure for determination of estimated value of blocks of shares of the joint-stock companies offered for sale at auction" is registered No. 1456 in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 05, 2020 at No. 242/34525.

2. To provide to department of assessment of property, property rights and professional estimative activity of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
