About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of funds of development of regions" of September 11, 2024 No. 554

For the purpose of enhancement of activities of funds of development of regions, according to Article 34 of the Budget code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of funds of development of regions" of September 11, 2024 No. 554 the following changes:

1) in the Standard regulations on funds of development of regions approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 6:

in subitem 2 of the word "/the subject of entrepreneurship," to exclude;

state subitem 5 in the following edition:

"5) the contractor of the project - body of local self-government / state body, whose project request got approval of the Supervisory board of Fund, the signed contract with executive body of Fund for financing of the project;";

subitems 12, of 15, of 16, of 17, 18 and 19 to recognize invalid;

in subitem 13 of the word "/the subject of entrepreneurship," to exclude;

- state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. Fund is allocated for program implementation of social and economic development of areas, areas, cities and ayylny aimags, subsidizing of local public initiatives, local government bodies, state bodies, increase in level of living of citizens, creation of conditions for regional economic development, improvement of infrastructure of the territories and providing conditions of public health care.";

- in Item 8:
