"e) on sulfur technical the lowered grade (grade 7000), classified by codes of the CN FEA EEU 2503 00 100 0 and 2503 00 900 0, of no more than 300 thousand tons, exported based on the permission issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in the procedure established by it.".
