Regulations of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on merchant shipping extend to legal relationship in the field of management, use and protection of the international marine resources, sea objects and constructions, and also the rights of participants of sea activities which arose later its introductions in action.
To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic within twelve months from the date of entry into force of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about merchant shipping to bring regulatory legal acts into accord with the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about merchant shipping.
This Law becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
