Item 5 Corrected adoptions by the Government of the Russian Federation of the decision on determination of the separate territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation adjacent to the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and (or) Kherson region in which limits the specific mode of implementation of business and other activity in the free economic zone is applied, approved by the specified resolution, to add with the subitem "d" of the following content:

"e) the investment project is planned to be realized on the parcels of land located in borders of the subject of the Russian Federation adjacent to frontier of the Russian Federation with Ukraine, legal entities during the conducting separate financial accounting of the activities performed in the free economic zone in the adjacent territories and the activities performed beyond its limits within the first 3 years.".

The requirements to implementation of business and other activity by members of the free economic zone in the separate territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation adjacent to the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and (or) Kherson region approved by the specified resolution to add with Item 3 (2) the following content:

"3(2). In case of realization by members of the free economic zone of the investment projects specified in the subitem "d" of Item 5 of Rules of acceptance by the Government of the Russian Federation of the decision on determination of the separate territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation adjacent to the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and (or) Kherson region in the which limits the specific mode of implementation of business and other activity in the free economic zone is applied approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2024 No. 1314 "About features of functioning of the free economic zone in the separate territories of the subjects of the Russian Federation adjacent to the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and (or) Kherson region", business and other activity performed by members of the free economic zone in the adjacent territories, shall provide:

a) implementation within implementation of the investment project of capital investments, investments and other expenses within the areas specified in the subitem "b" of this Item in the amount of at least 1 billion rubles;

b) implementation of the investment project in the following areas:

the processing productions, except for excise goods (except for cars, motorcycles, pharmaceutical substance of ethyl alcohol, medicines) and metallurgical production;

agricultural industry.".
