"23) purchases of goods, works, services, consulting services connected with ensuring food security and/or for the purpose of carrying out commodity interventions on the main (basic) food included in the list of socially important goods approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and also within the provided tariff quotas, the market monitoring made by results of carrying out by collection and fixing at least three commercial offers from producers or their official distributors and/or based on these licensed commodity and raw exchanges.".
