About introduction of import ban of wheat on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan automobile, water and by rail
According to the subitem 11) of Item 1 of Article 6 and Item 2 of article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Item 1 of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity", article 29 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union ratified by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About ratification of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union", and also the Section 10 of appendix 7 to the specified Agreement, I ORDER:
1. Impose ban for a period of six months on import of wheat (code of the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union: 1001) on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan from the third countries and from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union automobile, water and by rail, except for import of wheat by rail to the poultry-farming and grain processing companies, licensed elevators, joint-stock company "The Food Contractual Corporation national company.
2. Wheat imported into the address of the poultry-farming and grain processing companies is not subject to realization on internal and the foreign markets.
The prohibition, the stipulated in Item 1 this order, does not extend to wheat imported on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan within rail transit haulings, and also their movement from the territory of one state member of the Eurasian Economic Union of the territory of other state member of the Eurasian Economic Union through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to inform the Eurasian economic commission on application of measures for realization of Item 1 of this order.
