1. This Instruction determines payment procedure of one-time encouragement to the federal government civil servant of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation provided by Items 1-3 of part 1 of article 55 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2004 N79-FZ, and its sizes at the rate of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation of salary of monthly monetary pay established to the federal government civil servant on the date of decision making about encouragement (rewarding).

2. Payment of one-time encouragement is made:

in case of the announcement of gratitude - in the amount of 25% of salary of monthly monetary pay;
