About modification of Rules of work of banks in connection with introduction in Ukraine of warlike situation

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 50, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About legal regime of warlike situation", for the purpose of assistance of safety and banking system stability, prevention of the crisis phenomena during introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. The rules of work of banks in connection with introduction in Ukraine of warlike situation approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of February 25, 2022 No. 23 (with changes), after Item 8 to add with new Item 8-1 of the following content:

"8-1. Banks in case of application of requirements of Item 11 of Chapter 1 of the Section VII of the Instruction No. 368 during the period of action of warlike situation for receipt of permission to share acquisition (share, shares) the legal entity observe the following additional requirements:

1) share acquisition implementation (share, shares) the legal entity who is resident of Ukraine;

2) legal person / any of owners of essential participation in the legal entity, the share (shares, shares) which intends to acquire bank, is not the face tied with bank;
