Bring in the Procedure of the state control / monitoring of observance of requirements of the legislation by provision of social support, social services and behind observance of the rights of children, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of October 6, 2021 No. 1035 "Some questions of implementation of the state control / monitoring of observance of requirements of the legislation by provision of social support, social services and behind observance of the rights of children" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 81, Art. 5163; 2023, No. 81, Art. 4623; 2025, No. 87, the Art. 6038), changes which are applied.

1. In paragraph one of Item 1 of the word "on observance of the rights of children" shall be replaced with words "behind observance of the rights of children".
2. In paragraph one of Item 2 of the word" (regarding provision of housing subsidies and privileges for payment of housing and communal services, acquisition of solid and liquid oven household fuel and the liquefied gas)" to exclude.
3. In paragraph three of Item 3 of the word "before their termination" shall be replaced with words "concerning their termination".
