About approval of standard states of regional institutes of education and the centers of development of education

For the purpose of enhancement of system of continuous professional development of pedagogical workers, according to Articles 12, of 18, 35 and 46 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About education", articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve:

1) standard states of regional institutes of education according to appendix 1;

2) standard states of the centers of development of education according to appendix 2.

2. To the Ministry of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1) to carry out reorganization:

- the regional methodical centers of education (in the Talas, Jalal-Abad, Batken, Naryn, Chuya regions) and institutes of education (The Osh institute of education, the Issyk kul regional institute of education) by their transformation to regional institutes of education;

- educational and methodical offices under district (city) departments (managements) of education by their transformation to the centers of development of education;

2) to take other measures following from this resolution.

3. Determine that the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution are performed within the number of staff and the provided means of subordinated organizations of the Ministry of Public Education of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding years.
