1. Take into consideration that based on the Center of radio-electronic systems and information technologies under the Tashkent university of information technologies of Mahomed al-Horezmi the Institute of cryptology, information security and innovative technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan is created (further - Institute).

2. The institute is legal successor of the Center of radio-electronic systems and information technologies under the Tashkent university of information technologies of Mahomed al-Horezmi for all tasks, the rights and obligations.

3. Determine the main objectives of Institute:

(a) retraining and advanced training of personnel in spheres of cryptology, information security and cyber security, information security, and also artificial intelligence, processing of big data, digital criminalistics and digital technologies;
