(c) consecutive reduction of annual power losses in electrodistribution networks in the Samarkand region including if by results of technical audit the revealed level of annual losses constitutes 20 - 25 percent, providing based on terms of the contract about public-private partnership of its decrease during the operational period on percent 1,4 annually and if level constitutes 15 - 20 percent - on percent 0,6 annually.

(Turkey) is recognized as the winner of the tender (further - the winner of the tender) on financing, construction, management, rendering maintenance and use of the "Upgrade and Management of Electrodistribution Networks on the basis of Public-private Partnership in the Samarkand Region" project (further - the project);
