About measures for safety of objects of critical infrastructure of the Russian Federation

Due to the increase during special military operation of safety hazards of objects of critical infrastructure of the Russian Federation and according to the Federal constitutional Law of January 30, 2002 No. 1-FKZ "About warlike situation", the Federal Laws of May 31, 1996 No. 61-FZ "About defense" and of December 28, 2010 No. 390-FZ "About safety" I decide:

1. Determine what in case of rejection or untimely acceptance by business entity of measures for safety of objects of critical infrastructure of the Russian Federation (further - objects of critical infrastructure), or violations by business entity of the requirements to ensuring their safety provided by regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and decisions of the bodies authorized in the field of safety of objects of critical infrastructure, or creation of safety hazard by business entity or to normal functioning of objects of critical infrastructure (including in case of detection of inefficiency of implementation of actions, threats of attack which are directly directed to suppression with use of pilotless aircrafts), or not recovery or untimely recovery of functioning of such objects by business entity can be entered according to the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation, accepted based on the order of the President of the Russian Federation, temporary management in the relation:

a) in total or parts of the personal and real estate of business entity which is in the territory of the Russian Federation;

b) the securities belonging to business entity, shares in the authorized (share) capital of the Russian legal entities;

c) the property rights belonging to business entity.

2. In case of introduction of temporary management of the interim manager the Federal Agency for State Property Management is if the other person is not determined based on the order of the President of the Russian Federation by the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation on introduction of temporary management.
