1.1. Bring Article 192. 13, 192.14, 253-1.5 and 439-3 of the following content:
"192.13. With person having drug addiction based on the conclusion of medical examination (physical examination) about employment to positions and in professions where restrictions of activities for persons having drug addiction whose list is determined by body (organization) established by the relevant executive body are provided, officials are punished by penalty in the amount of three thousand manats for execution of an employment agreement or continuation of employment relationships.
192.14. To the corresponding position or in profession without medical certificate about the state of health of the worker in the cases provided by the Labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic and also without the conclusion of medical examination (physical examination) in case of employment to position or in profession where restrictions of activities for persons having drug addiction are provided, officials are punished by penalty in the amount of one thousand manats for employment".
