About entering of amendment into the Law "About the Representative according to the International Legal Issues"

Article 1. Article 11 of the Law of July 10, 2019 No. ZR-141 "About the representative according to the international legal issues" to add with part 2 following of content:
"2. The list of the necessary documents provided for provision of the fair compensation established by decisions or decisions of European court, and procedure for their representation are established by the decision of the Government.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
Article 3. The decision of the government determining the list of the necessary documents submitted for provision of the fair compensation established by decisions or decisions of European court and procedure for their representation is accepted in six-months time after the introduction of this law in force.
