About entering of amendment into the Law "On Regulation of Gambling Activities"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on February 13, 2026

Article 1. No. ZR-263 "On regulation of gambling activities" to add the law of June 12, 2024 with Article 29.1 of the following content:

"Article 29.1. Right to appeal of the procedure of the choice of the operator

1. Each interested person interested in results of the procedure of the choice of the operator has the right to appeal judicially the decision of the commission on variation of the qualification request or the announcement of the winning bidder within two months from the date of the notification or publication of the relevant decision.

2. The relations connected with the procedure of the choice of the operator including with appeal of decisions of the commission, are not the administrative relations and are regulated by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia governing the civil relations.".

Article 2

1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.

2. The decisions made by interdepartmental tender committee at the choice of the operator on regulation of gambling activities to the introduction of this law in force can be appealed judicially within two months following behind day of the introduction of this law in force.
