About entering of amendment into the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Regarding the 4th Article 129 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of February 9, 2018 after the words "the disputes connected with procedure for the choice of the private partner" to add the word "and the disputes connected with procedure for the choice of the operator of gamblings regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia " on regulation of gamblings "", and after the words "execution suspension" to add the word "execution of procedure for the choice of the operator of gamblings regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On regulation of gamblings" or suspension of operations of the operator of gamblings regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On regulation of gamblings".
1. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
2. The measure for ensuring execution of the requirement applied in case of the dispute connected with procedure for the choice of the operator of gamblings before entry into force of this law which led to application of procedure for the choice of the operator of gamblings or suspension of operations of the operator of gamblings is considered cancelled by law from coming into force of this law.
