About modification and amendments in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Regarding 1 Article 234.11 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of February 9, 2018 (further - the Code) the word "Customer" is shall be replaced with words "Except as specified, provided by the Law "About Purchases", the Customer".
Article 2. To add article 234.12 of the code with part 3 following of content:
"3. Execution of final court resolutions of court on the disputes connected with appeal of actions (failure to act) and decisions of the customer and valuation committee cannot be suspended based on part 5 of Article 370 and part 6 of Article 394 of this Code.".
Article 3. To add article 391 of the Code with part 2.2 following of content:
"2.2. The writ of appeal on the decisions of Appeal Court passed by results of consideration of claims to the decisions passed on the disputes connected with purchases, except for decisions on suit abatement according to the voluntary settlement and also on decisions on the termination of appeal production based on refusal in the petition for appeal can be submitted to fifteen-day time from the moment of publication of these acts.".
Article 4. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
