About entering of amendments and changes into the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add the code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 (further - the code) with Article 6.1 of the following content:

"Article 6.1. Inadmissibility of abuse of procedural law

1. Participants of administrative legal proceedings shall have the procedural law and honesty carry out the procedural obligations.

2. The judicial sanctions provided by this Code, or other measures of legal impact provided by the law are applied to persons which allowed abuse of procedural law or other opportunities in proportion to abuse.".

Article 2. In article 64.4 of the code:
