About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. Of December 6, 1985 to state Item 1 of part 1 of article 223 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia on administrative offenses (further - the code) in the following edition:
"1) in the cases provided by Articles 41. 5, 147, 180.1, 183.1, 189.2-189.6, 189.9, 189.25, 189.26-189.28, 206.16 of this Code, according to the petition of state bodies or local government bodies (officials) having powers on creation of the protocol on administrative offense;".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 224.3 of the code after the words "169.23" with the words "172.3, 182".
Article 3. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
