About entering of amendments into the Law "About Physical Culture and Sport"

Article 1. No. ZR-196 "About physical culture and sport" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 2 of the Law of June 26, 2001 with the Item "lb" of the following content:

"лб) the information system of sports management system based on information technologies, created by authorized body of public administration by physical culture and sport of the Republic of Armenia for the purpose of management, the organization, the analysis and data storage of sports activities. it provides the automated collection, processing, data storage.".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 9 of the law with the Items "zh.10-zh.12" of the following content:

". 10) manages information system of sports management;

. 11) is established by procedure for maintaining information system of sports management;

. Develops 12), implements and keeps the state administrative registers in the field of sport;".

Article 3. Final part and transitional provision

1. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.

2. The subordinate regulatory legal act following from article 2 of this law is accepted in four-months time after the introduction of this law in force.
