About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About the Commission on Prevention of Corruption"

Article 1. No. ZR-96 "About the commission on prevention of corruption" (further - the Law) after the words "which are not subject to publication" to add Items 6 and 7 of part 1 of article 23 of the law of June 9, 2017 with words ", except for final part of advisory proceedings about conscientiousness in the cases provided by the law".
Article 2. In article 26.1 of the Law:
1) to state part 7.1 in the following edition:
"7.1. Due to the problems and discrepancies fixed as a result of comparison of the data completed in the questionnaire about conscientiousness, and the data established by part 7 of this Article, the commission requests and receives explanations from the candidate.";
To add 2) with parts 7.2 and 7.3 of the following content:
"7.2. Based on the analysis and comparison of the explanations received from the candidate the draft of the conclusion about faultless reputation of person (candidate) is constituted. The draft of the negative conclusion about faultless reputation goes to the person (candidate) for the e-mail address specified in the questionnaire about faultless reputation. Preliminary results of individual vote of members of the commission on the project are depersonalized. Person (candidate) can submit within three days objections and additional supporting documents to the draft of the negative conclusion about faultless reputation.
7.3. The commission constitutes the conclusion about conscientiousness of person as a result of combination of the draft of the negative conclusion about conscientiousness and objections provided by person (candidate).";
