About entering of amendment into the Law "About Local Self-government in the City of Yerevan"

No. ZR-5 "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" after the words "the established purposes and methods of alienation" to add Item 18 of part 1 of article 12 of the Law of December 26, 2008 with the new offer of the following content: "In case of compensation or non-paid alienation of the monuments established by the law "About Protection and Use of Immovable Historical and Cultural Monuments and the Historical Circle", including the cult constructions included in the state lists of monuments the rules established by the law "About Protection and Use of Immovable Historical and Cultural Monuments and the Historical Circle" are applied.
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
