About entering of amendment into the Law "About Local Self-government"

No. ZR-337 "About local self-government" after the words "parcel of land, operational value" to add Item 21 of part 1 of article 18 of the Law of May 7, 2002 with the new offer of the following content: "In case of compensation or non-paid alienation of the monuments established by the law "About Protection and Use of Immovable Historical and Cultural Monuments and the Historical Circle", including the cult constructions included in the state lists of monuments the rules established by the law "About Protection and Use of Immovable Historical and Cultural Monuments and the Historical Circle" are applied.
Article 2. This law becomes effective for the tenth day after day of official publication.
