About Strategy "Justice - 2030": creation in New Uzbekistan the national and fair judicial system which is reliably protecting human rights
For the purpose of glorification of honor and advantage of the person in New Uzbekistan, removal on qualitatively new level of judicial protection of its rights, freedoms and legitimate interests, creations of national and fair judicial system by means of implementation in legal procedure of modern legal mechanisms and institutes, and also consecutive realization of the strategic objectives in the field of justice determined by Strategy "Uzbekistan - 2030", I decide:
1. Determine that reforming of judicial system is performed on the basis of the following priorities:
(a) "national court" - ensuring openness of judicial system by means of increase in transparency of activity of the courts, expansion of opportunities of information access about legal procedures and activity of the courts, approval in the society of unconditional trust to court, transformation of courts into system, completely free from bureaucracy;
(b) "justice stronghold" - strengthening of independent justice system, free from any impact and intervention and certainly providing priority of human rights;
(c) "the guaranteed justice" - strengthening of guarantees of recovery in court of the violated rights of citizens by means of adoption of legal, fair and reasonable judgments, ensuring their quality and stability;
() "guards of justice" - forming of the case of the judges, employees to the people having high moral and professional qualities, strictly observing criteria of justice;
(e) "digital justice" - creation for citizens of possibility of convenient and operational legal proceedings without excessive difficulties and red tape by means of complete digitalization of legal proceedings and implementation of modern technologies;
