About entering of amendments into the Law "About National Pensions"

Article 1. No. ZR-243 "About national pensions" to add article 13 of the Law of December 22, 2010 with parts 6.1 and 6.2 of the following content:
"6.1. In case of loss of the supporter also the members of the family of the missing person specified regarding 1 this Article in the conditions and circumstances which developed as a result of military operations have pension entitlement if the missing person was acknowledged unknown absent based on the judgment.
6.2. In the case specified in part 6.1 of this Article, day of loss without message of person the day of loss without message specified in the judgment which took legal effect and if in the judgment day of loss without message of person is not specified is considered, then day of the introduction in legal force of the judgment about its recognition it is unknown absent.".
Article 2. Final part and transitional provision
1. This law becomes effective in month after its official publication.
2. The subordinate regulatory legal act following from this law is accepted in three-months time after the introduction of this law in force.
